6Which versions of Tally are supported?
We support all versions of Tally Prime (Single, Silver, Gold) as well as Tally ERP 9. Our TDL files are version-specific and you will receive the correct file based on your Tally version during onboarding.
7How long does the setup take?
For standard marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho), setup takes less than 30 minutes. For payment gateways, it typically takes 1-2 hours. Custom ERP integrations are scoped individually and may take 3-7 business days depending on complexity.
8Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a free demo where we walk you through the entire integration using your own data. You can see exactly how your sales, returns, and settlement data will look in Tally before committing to a plan. Contact us to book your free demo.
9Can I use the same plan for multiple marketplaces?
The Starter and Growth plans cover any 1 E-Commerce portal. If you sell on multiple platforms (e.g., both Amazon and Flipkart), you would need separate plans for each, or upgrade to the Enterprise plan which covers all marketplaces under a single subscription.
10How is my data kept secure?
We take data security very seriously. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Data uploaded to our platform for conversion (Excel reports) is automatically deleted from our servers after processing. We never share your business data with any third parties.
11What happens after my plan expires?
Your integration will be deactivated after plan expiry. All previously imported data remains safely in your Tally. You can renew anytime to restore access. We send renewal reminders 15 days and 7 days before expiry so you never have a disruption.
12Do you support multi-GSTIN or multi-company Tally setup?
Yes! Our plans support multi-GSTIN under a single PAN. If you need data to flow into multiple Tally companies, the Multi Company option (upto 10 companies) is available at a higher tier. Contact us for enterprise multi-company setups.
13Can the integration handle GST returns automatically?
Yes. All entries are imported into Tally with the correct GST classification — tax rates, HSN codes, ledger groups, and party details. This means your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B can be generated directly from Tally with near-zero manual intervention.
